Skin care

There are several factors that are vital to having healthy and fresh skin. Here you will find a short beauty program to care about your skin.

Eat healthy

A perfect nutrition will keep your body and skin healthy. You should eat at least four to five servings of fruit and vegetable everyday. It will help to cleanse the body of toxins that may affect your metabolism. You can ask a dietician to prepare diet rules and diet plan that will be proper for you. Try also to diminish alcohol, spicy foods and caffeine consumption.

Use good skin care products

Before using any skin care product on yourself, you should try to consult a skin expert. He/she will help you to diagnose your facial skin type ( either dry or oily), to be able to choose the right treatment (appropriate cleansers, lotions, moisturisers and cosmetics) for your skin type. You should always test what will work best on your skin. If after having applied it, you feel uncomfortable with you skin (it is too dry, reddish or flakes), probably it isn't the best product for you. Lots of people decide to use natural or organic cosmetics. Maybe it would be appropriate also for you?

Drink pure water

You should drink at least six to eight glasses of pure water per day to avoid dehydration and keep the skin healthy , clean and soft. Try to avoid drinks like a tea, coffee, milk, juice or soda. Some of them may contribute to further skin dehydratation or other skin conditions, such as acne.

Exercise regularly (even if only 15 minutes per day)

Try to find a type of exercise that you would enjoy doing since it will be easier for you to do it regularly. Doing exercise enhances blood circulation that is crucial to maintain healthy skin. Exercise also relieves stress.

Get enough sleep

Our bodies use sleeping time to restore dead skin. If you don't sleep enough , your complexion will look pale and gray.

Wear UVA/UVB protection

Wear UVA/UVB protection and always moisturize your skin after you've been in the sun. Spending too much time in the sun can be harmful. If you have sensitive skin, use a sunscreen with a minimum SPF (sun protection factor) of 30.

Control stress

Control stress - stress management, relaxed mind, positive outlook - that make you and your skin feel much better.
